NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 13 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that on December 8, 2023, ANACLETO SILVA-HERRERA, a/k/a "Chofer," age 37, was indicted for possession with intent to distribute five (5) kilograms or more of cocaine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).
