NEW YORK, Dec. 13 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SPIE on its acquisition of 85 percent of the issued share capital of Correll Electrical Engineering (Correll) from Topps Holding, a German family office vehicle, and the CEO and founder.
