NEW YORK, Dec. 12 -- Pillsbury, a law firm, issued the following news release:
In connection with F&G Annuities & Life, Inc.'s recent public offering of $345 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.95 percent senior notes due in 2053, Pillsbury advised Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in acting as an underwriter and one of several joint book-running managers.
According to a company press release, the notes will be guaranteed on an unsecured, unsubordinated basis . . .
