HEMPSTEAD, New York, Dec. 9 -- Hofstra University issued the following news:
Hofstra announces the appointment of Dr. Kevin Kumashiro as interim dean for the School of Education (SOE), where he will lead the division's transition to an independent school within the university. The SOE has been under Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences since 2017, and now returns to the discrete status it held when Hofstra was founded in 1935.
