Texas, Florida Online Speech Codes Violate First Amendment, TechFreedom Tells SCOTUS

WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- TechFreedom, a technology policy think tank, issued the following news release on Dec. 7, 2023:

Today, TechFreedom filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to hold that HB20 and SB7072, Texas's and Florida's social media speech codes, violate the First Amendment.
