ESTACADA, Oregon, Dec. 8 -- Gov. Tina Kotek, D-Oregon, issued the following news on Dec. 7, 2023:
Governor Tina Kotek announced today that she intends to fill a judicial vacancy on the Multnomah County Circuit Court created by the planned retirement of Judge Kathryn L. Villa-Smith. The Governor thanked Judge Villa-Smith for her dedicated judicial service. The retirement of Judge Villa-Smith is effective December 31, 2023.
