SYRACUSE, New York, Dec. 6 -- The State University of New York Upstate Medical University campus issued the following news:

Sherard Tatum, MD, professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and professor of Pediatrics, has been installed as president of the 2,200-member American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and its Educational and Research Foundation Oct. 28. The academy is the trade organization for facial plastic surgeons nationwide.
