ALBANY, New York, Dec. 6 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Dec. 5, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today unveiled Seneca, the selected proposal to redevelop the former Lincoln Correctional Facility in Manhattan.
