DETROIT, Michigan, Dec. 6 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, Dawn N. Ison, issued the following news release on Dec. 5, 2023:
A Southfield woman pleaded guilty today to wire fraud arising out of a scheme to defraud the State of Michigan out of more than $300,000 in pandemic-related unemployment insurance benefits, announced United States Attorney Dawn N. Ison.
