WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Arizona Senator and Navy combat veteran Mark Kelly issued the following statement today after Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville announced he will lift his reckless 10-month hold on nearly all of the 445 admirals and generals whose promotions he has blocked:
"About damn time."
