NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:

BRANDON MARTINEZ, a/k/a "RABBIT," a resident of Metairie, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Eldon E. Fallon to forty-eight (48) months incarceration after previously pleading guilty to use of a communication facility to facilitate felony drug trafficking, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 843(b).
