DALLAS, Texas, Dec. 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Leigha Simonton, issued the following news release on Dec. 1, 2023:
A Plano man pleaded guilty Thursday to orchestrating a fraudulent scheme to obtain approximately $1.7 million from Medicare, announced U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Leigha Simonton.
Damon Heath Roberts, 55, was charged via criminal information in September 2023 and pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy . . .
