WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:

Congressman John Moolenaar welcomed the Michigan Public Service Commission's decision today to allow the construction of a tunnel through the Straights of Mackinac for the Line 5 pipeline.
