Today, U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced $35,198,187.69 in federal funding to reimburse health care systems and facilities in New York State for costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. The funding was allocated through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and will be used to reimburse recipients for the cost of emergency protect . . .
