On the floor, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) stressed the need for substantive policy changes in any supplemental funding bill to address the crisis at our southern border after a key international bridge in Eagle Pass was closed to allow Customs and Border Patrol officers to process another influx of migrants.
