OAK RIDGE, Tennessee, Nov. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory issued the following news release:
Ramesh Bhave, pictured in his chemical sciences laboratory at ORNL, has been refining a membrane solvent extraction technique for critical materials for more than a decade.
