CAMP SMITH, Hawaii, Nov. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Indo-Pacific Command issued the following news:
SOUTH CHINA SEA -
U.S.7th Fleet (C7F) and Armed Forces of the Philippine (AFP) units began a maritime cooperation activity (MCA) in the South China Sea, Nov. 22.
The MCA is designed to enhance interoperability between the two militaries and further advance combined capabilities in the maritime domain.
