Following the directive of the Military Forces and as it transpired from the situation assessments at the Ministry: The winter grain fields in the Gaza Strip surrounding area cannot be sown * The Ministry will grant up to NIS 150 per dunam to the farmer * About 60 thousand dunams have already begun to be sown in the heart of the Negev
