NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Nov. 21 -- Southern Connecticut State University issued the following news:
The American Library Association (ALA) Executive Board has selected Leslie Burger, '73, as ALA's interim executive director. ALA is the oldest and largest library association in the world.
Burger, whose first day was November 15, 2023, received her B.S. in library and information science from Southern Connecticut State College, SCSU's earlier incarnation, in 1973.
