WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSper) -- The FBI issued the following news release on Nov. 20, 2023:
Director Christopher Wray has named Oliver E. Rich, Jr. as the assistant director of the International Operations Division. He most recently served as the special agent in charge of the San Antonio Field Office in Texas.
Mr. Rich joined the FBI as a special agent in 2004 and was assigned to work white-collar crime and national security investigations in the Houston Field Office. . . .
