NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Nov. 21 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Nov. 20, 2023:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that on Friday, November 17, 2023, KEVIN TYLER, age 46, was indicted for possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).
