ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Nov. 17 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Alaska, S. Lane Tucker, issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury in Alaska returned an indictment this week officially charging a Kenai man with making interstate threats to kidnap and injure a U.S. Senator.
