NORWALK, Connecticut, Nov. 16 -- The Financial Accounting Foundation issued the following news release on Nov. 14, 2023:

The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) today announced the appointment of two new members to the Board of Trustees: Michael B. Clement and Elizabeth (Beth) Pearce. Both new members will begin their terms of service on January 1, 2024 and conclude on December 31, 2028.
