NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Nov. 16 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Vanessa Roberts Avery, issued the following news release on Nov. 15, 2023:
Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that MAURICE MENAFEE, also known as "Mo," 34, of New Haven, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 86 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for a firearm posse . . .
