Kinderhook Industries, LLC ("Kinderhook"), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced the closing of a Continuation Fund capitalized by AlpInvest Partners ("AlpInvest"), a subsidiary of global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), and a leading group of limited partners.
