ROCHESTER, New York, Nov. 16 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, Trini E. Ross, issued the following news release on Nov. 15, 2023:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Robert Forbes, Jr. a/k/a Ra Ra a/k/a Henny, 37, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of two counts of Hobbs Act Robbery and two counts of Attempted Hobbs Act Robbery, was sentenced to serve 228 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr.
