Today, Arizona Senator and 25-year Navy combat veteran Mark Kelly issued the following statement after the Senate Rules Committee advanced a resolution he worked on and built support for that would allow military nominations to be confirmed en bloc over Sen. Tuberville's hold of all admirals and generals awaiting promotion:
