BROOKLYN, New York, Nov. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Breon Peace, issued the following news release on Nov. 13, 2023:

Earlier today, in federal court in Central Islip, Charles Carter, also known as "Chase," pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl.
