ALBANY, New York, Nov. 13 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Nov. 12, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced 15 landmarks across New York State will be illuminated red, yellow, pink and blue on the evening of Sunday, November 12 in celebration of Diwali. Governor Hochul also issued a proclamation formally declaring November 12 as Diwali in the State of New York.
