Planned "pauses" of military operations in northern Gaza will not address the calamitous humanitarian crisis in the territory or allow aid organizations to sufficiently respond to urgent needs, Mercy Corps warns.
Mercy Corps Chief Executive Officer, Tjada D'Oyen McKenna, says:
