WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, issued the following news:
U.S. Senators John Cornyn (R-TX) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) yesterday introduced the Meaningful Access to Court Proceedings for Victims of Pan Am Flight 103 Act, which would allow surviving relatives of the 270 victims, including 190 Americans, killed in the terrorist attack on Pan Am Flight 103 that crashed above Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988 to access the criminal court proceedings remotely:
