NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Nov. 10 -- The Pacific Legal Foundation issued the following news release on Nov. 9, 2023:
Today, Do No Harm, an association of medical professionals, filed a federal lawsuit to stop Tennessee's unlawful consideration of race in appointments to state boards and commissions.
