WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 -- Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) announced that he has nominated three North Dakotans to the U.S. service academies: Nicolas Armendariz-Lotito of Grand Forks to the U.S. Air Force Academy; Ryaan Alshami of Grand Forks to the U.S. Naval Academy; and Marc Steinberg of Fargo to the U.S. Military Academy.
