U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that a federal grand jury has returned a five-count indictment charging Zaid Mendoza a/k/a Diamond, 45, of Jamestown, NY, with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes and being a felon in possession . . .
