BUFFALO, New York, Nov. 9 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, Trini E. Ross, issued the following news release on Nov. 7, 2023:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Cody R. Bemish, 30, and Zakary A. Bemish, 22, both of Yorkshire, NY, were arrested and charged by criminal complaint with narcotics conspiracy and distribution of fentanyl and methamphetamine. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, and a $1,000,000 fine.
