Today, Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) sent a letter to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Daniel Werfel demanding answers about a recent report that concluded IRS officials had violated taxpayers' rights by directly contacting taxpayers who are represented before the IRS.
