WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 -- Rep. Monica de la Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Nov. 8, 2023:
Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) announced the award of three Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program grants on Wednesday, November 8th. De La Cruz wrote to the Attorney General in support of the grants for the cities of Alamo, Alton, and Mission earlier this year.
Awards for each city's police department are:
