SALEM, Oregon, Nov. 8 -- Gov. Tina Kotek, D-Oregon, issued the following news:
Governor Tina Kotek announced today that she is accepting applications for a judicial vacancy on the Jackson County Circuit Court created by the planned retirement of Judge Timothy C. Gerking. The Governor thanked Judge Gerking for his dedicated judicial service and announced that she will fill the position by appointment. Judge Gerking's retirement takes effect December 31, 2023.
