U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, released the following statement after North Dakota Federal District Court Judge Daniel Traynor ordered the United States Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Chief of Fluids Adjudications Section Samantha Iron Shirt to appear before him to testify in February 2024.
