CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 7 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Will Thompson, issued the following news release on Nov. 6, 2023:
Timothy Allen Loudermilk, 64, of Charleston, was sentenced today to three years and 10 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Loudermilk admitted to his role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that operated in the Charleston area.
