BISMARCK-- U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement after the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in the case of Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association et al. v. Michael Regan, stating the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) decision to ban the use of chlorpyrifos was "arbitrary and capricious."
