La. U.S. Attorney: Lutcher Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Conspiracy

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Nov. 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:

TROY MALBROUGH, age 48, of Lutcher, Louisiana, pled guilty on November 1, 2023 to conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute, a quantity of heroin, a quantity of fentanyl, and a quantity of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec.Sec. 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), and 846 announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
