NEWARK, New Jersey, Nov. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release:
The owner of a marketing company located in India admitted his role in conspiracies to commit health care fraud and to pay and receive illegal kickbacks, Attorney for the United States Vikas Khanna announced today.
Chintan Anjaria, of India, pleaded guilty on Oct. 31, 2023, before U.S. District Judge Michael E. Farbiarz in Newark federal court . . .
