INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Nov. 2 -- The Indiana Senate Republicans issued the following news release on Nov. 1, 2023:
State Sen. Greg Goode (R-Terre Haute) was sworn in as state senator of Senate District 38 by Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loreta Rush in the Senate Chamber today, Wednesday, Nov. 1.
Goode succeeds former State Sen. Jon Ford, who resigned from his position effective Monday, Oct. 16. Goode will finish the remainder of Ford's term through November of 20 . . .
