N.J. A.G. Platkin Announces Enforcement Actions in Eight Source-of-Income Discrimination Cases

TRENTON, New Jersey, Nov. 1 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on Oct. 31, 2023:

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin announced today that the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR) has issued findings of probable cause in eight cases involving alleged violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination's prohibition against housing discrimination based on source of lawful income.
