Norfolk CBP Intercepts Deuterium Destined to China

NORFOLK, Virginia, Nov. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized a shipment of China-bound deuterium cylinders in Norfolk on October 18 for violating nuclear nonproliferation licensing laws.
