WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:
Boise, Idaho--The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing Christmas tree permits Nov. 15-Dec. 24. The permits allow for members of the public to harvest up to three Christmas trees on BLM-managed public lands in southwestern Idaho.
Over the counter sales of Christmas tree permits are available for $10 at the BLM Owyhee and Four Rivers field offices . . .
