NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia, Oct. 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Jessica D. Aber, issued the following news release on Oct. 25, 2023:
A man who formerly resided in Hampton was sentenced today to 2 years in prison for his role in a fraud conspiracy as well as illegally possessing firearms as a convicted felon.
