Washington, D.C. -- Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) released the following statement on the 40th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, which claimed the lives of 241 American service members:
"40 years ago, Iran's terrorist proxy Hezbollah launched an attack against American troops. It was the deadliest day for U.S. Marines since Iwo Jima. . . .
