NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Oct. 13, 2023:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that BENJAMIN HOLMES, age 33, of Bogalusa, was indicted on October 12, 2023, on one (1) count of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(C), two (2) counts . . .
